Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password credentials (handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password itself).
• Practice data. When you run a practice call, your audio is streamed to our voice provider to power the live conversation. A recording of the call is kept by our voice provider so you can replay your own calls inside the product. We also store the text transcript of the call, your scenario choices, durations, and the scores and coaching generated for you. You can ask us to delete recordings at any time (see Retention and deletion below).
• Content you save. Scripts, preferences like your weekly goal, and anything you type into the product.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and plan, not your card number.
• Technical logs. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address and request data) used for security and keeping the Service running.

To run the product: hold your practice history, grade your calls, show your progress, coach your next rep, and handle your subscription. To keep the Service safe: prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and debug problems. To communicate with you about your account. That is it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers.

We use a small set of service providers to operate RingReady:

• Supabase (database and authentication) stores your account and practice data.
• ElevenLabs (voice AI) powers the live spoken conversation during practice calls.
• Anthropic (AI models) processes transcripts to produce grades and coaching.
• Stripe (payments) handles checkout, cards, and subscription billing.
• Resend (email) delivers your account and lifecycle emails, and receives your email address and name.
• Vercel (hosting) serves the application and keeps standard server logs.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.

If you join a team, your display name and practice statistics (such as calls completed, scores, and streaks) appear on your team’s leaderboard and are visible to your team, including its owner. The words you say on practice calls and your transcripts stay private to you; teammates see stats, not transcripts.

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a small preference cookie that remembers your time zone so streaks count your days correctly, a signed-in marker so the site loads in the right theme, and a short-lived cookie that limits free demo calls. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

Practice calls are voice calls, so they are recorded and processed by our voice provider, ElevenLabs, so you can play them back and so we can grade them. The free demo call on our site is a voice call too and is recorded the same way, even without an account. You can ask us to delete recordings at any time.

We keep your data while your account is active so your history and progress work. If you want your account and its data deleted, email support@getringready.com from your account email and we will delete it, including your call recordings, within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (like payment records held by Stripe).

You can access and update your name in the app, and you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@getringready.com. We honor applicable data protection rights for your region.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production data is restricted, and each account’s practice data is isolated per user at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, but we build with security as a requirement, not an afterthought.

RingReady is a professional tool for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy in a material way, we will give notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
