Terms of Service

RingReady is a practice and training tool for insurance sales professionals. You rehearse sales conversations out loud with AI-generated prospects and receive AI-generated coaching and scores. Every prospect on RingReady is fictional and every call is a simulation. No real consumers are on the other end of a practice call.

RingReady is educational software. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, or IMO, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier or agency. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, compliance, or insurance advice, and coaching content is not a script approved by any carrier or regulator. You are responsible for following your own carrier, agency, and state rules in your real work, including licensing, suitability, replacement, and telemarketing laws.

AI-generated content can be wrong. Scores, coaching, and knowledge content are produced by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. Use your judgment and verify anything important against authoritative sources.

RingReady makes no promise about your sales results. Practice helps most people, but we do not guarantee appointments, sales, income, or exam or licensing outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. An account is for one person; do not share logins. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans, pricing, and included usage are shown on our pricing page at signup. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

If we offer a free trial, its length is shown when you start it. When a trial ends, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will work with you to make it right.

Plans include usage limits (for example, daily drill minutes or weekly full calls) as described at purchase. We may adjust prices or limits going forward with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.

Team plans: the team owner purchases seats and is responsible for those charges. Teammates who join a team acknowledge that their display name and practice statistics are visible to their team as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or encourage anyone else to;
• share, resell, or provide access to the Service to people outside your account or team;
• enter another real person’s private information into practice calls or scripts;
• attempt to probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• scrape the Service, harvest content at scale, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• misuse the AI (for example, trying to make it produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content) or misrepresent AI practice calls as real consumer calls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a refund of any clearly unused prepaid period when the violation was not serious or intentional.

You keep ownership of the content you bring to the Service, such as your scripts and what you say on practice calls. You give us the limited license needed to operate the Service: to process your audio during a live practice call, to store call recordings, transcripts, and results in your account so you can replay and review them, and to generate coaching from them. Our service providers process this content on our behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you.

The Service, including its software, design, personas, coaching frameworks, and learning content, belongs to RingReady or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while you have an account in good standing. Practice materials are for your own training use, not for republication or resale.

You can stop using RingReady and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the product; if we discontinue paid service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. You can request a copy or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RingReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will give notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@getringready.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
